2017 Vermont Scholastic Art & Writing Awards
BMAC is proud to serve as the Vermont affiliate for the Scholastic Art & Writing Awards, a prestigious national program that offers exhibition opportunities and scholarships to young artists and writers. From February 18 through March 5, 2017, BMAC will exhibit this year’s award-winning work by students from throughout the Green Mountain State.
The exhibit will culminate in an awards ceremony on Sunday, March 5 at 12 p.m. Potter, social activist, spoken word poet, and educator Roberto Lugo will deliver a keynote address. The ceremony is free and open to the public. Doors open at 10:30 a.m. (Special note to exhibiting artists: Please plan to take your work home with you after the awards ceremony.)
