Chef Erin Bevan brings her culinary imagination to BMAC, creating a four-course dinner inspired by the lush colors, organic forms, and dreamlike landscapes of Hayal Pozanti’s The World Sang Through Me. Served in the Wolf Kahn & Emily Mason Gallery, surrounded by Pozanti’s paintings, this feast for the senses invites guests to experience art in a new way—through flavor, texture, aroma, and the pleasures of a shared meal.
For Bevan, the connections between art, food, and nature run deep. Raised on a small farm in western Massachusetts, she grew up harvesting, foraging, and cooking with what the land provided. She later studied sculpture before discovering a new artistic medium in food. After years in acclaimed kitchens in Boston and southern Vermont, she now creates intimate, inventive dining experiences that celebrate the seasons and draw on her relationships with local farmers and producers.
