Acclaimed forager, children’s book author, and TEDx speaker Melany Kahn leads a group into the forest to gather edible mushrooms. After the foray, participants will enjoy hand-tossed, wood-fired pizzas with their freshly foraged toppings, accompanied by complimentary beer and wine, in a scenic outdoor location overlooking the Connecticut River valley and Vermont’s Green Mountains.
Whether you’re a complete novice or you already gather a few mushrooms, you will leave this special event with new knowledge and new connections to other foragers, as well as an inscribed copy of Melany Kahn’s book, Mason Goes Mushrooming.
