Angus McCollough: Coincidence Control

June 22 - September 23, 2019

Angus McCullough’s site-specific installation, located in the Ticket Office of Brattleboro’s historic Union Station—now the Brattleboro Museum & Art Center—explores alternative approaches to time-keeping. Coincidence Control is a response to the history of both the physical site and standardized time, which was ushered in with the rise of the locomotive. The exhibit includes a variety of media (visual art, sound, music, and performance) as well as a number of public workshops and events.
