Hidden in the Hills: Kafka Gardens
Hidden in the Hills introduces BMAC members to unusual artist studios, collections, and residences “hidden” throughout the tri-state region surrounding Brattleboro. On September 2, BMAC members are invited to visit the gardens of Ernest and Barbara Kafka, which feature stonework by Dan Snow, including his landmark Archer’s Pavillion. A best-selling cookbook author and winner of the James Beard Foundation Lifetime Achievement Award, Barbara Kafka maintains an extensive kitchen garden, which will also be open for viewing.
