Membership and Annual Fund

Memberships and Annual Fund gifts are the Museum’s lifeblood. They cover approximately 40% of our annual operating expenses, including many of the costs associated with our exhibits, events, and educational activities.

BMAC members enjoy such benefits as free admission to all exhibits, free or reduced admission to many events, invitations to exhibit openings and special events, a 10% discount in the Museum Store, and much more. Members at the “Friend” level or higher also enjoy free admission and reciprocal membership benefits at over 500 participating museums in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.

To become a member, renew your existing membership, or give a gift membership, please review the membership levels below, decide which one best suits you, then click on the “Donate” button or call 802-257-0124, ext. 101. Membership lasts for one year. You may join at any time. All membership gifts are fully tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. You may also choose to forgo membership benefits and make a donation to the Annual Fund.

If you choose to give online (it’s fast, simple, and secure), please use the “How you would like your gift allocated?” prompt to let us know whether you’d like your gift applied to Membership, Annual Fund, or both. For Household memberships and higher, please list the names of everyone who should receive a membership card. For Gift Memberships, please provide the name(s) and contact information of the recipient(s).

Same as Friend, plus two gift memberships and a complimentary exhibition catalogue

Patron $500

Same as Sponsor, plus an invitation to a special exhibit tour with an artist and/or curator

Director’s Club $1,000

Same as Patron, plus an invitation to a Director’s Club event and your name listed on a museum wall panel for one year
