Plan Your Event at BMAC

BMAC is an ideal location for your next business meeting or an elegant wedding.The main gallery is bright and spacious with natural light from a skylight and large windows, brightly painted walls, marble accents, and woodwork original to the 1916 building.

5,000 square feet in size, the main gallery can comfortably seat approximately 100 people with room for 400 at a cocktail reception (depending upon current exhibits arrangements). A stage at the head of the gallery is useful as a buffet area, for a lecture, musicians, seating, or a wedding ceremony. A small galley-style kitchen can be used by caterers as a convenient place for heating or cooling foods on the day of the event.

Our galleries are open 11am-5pm (closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays).  Events are scheduled so they do not interfere with BMAC’s regular gallery hours.  Most events happen in the evening with set-up beginning after 5. Arrangements for special times should be made as early as possible when planning your event.
