Brattleboro Tree Walk
June 17, Sunday, 2 p.m.
A downtown walking tour of some of Brattleboro’s most noteworthy trees, led by tree landscaper Martin Webster, Brattleboro Tree Warden Dan Adams, and Helene Henry, all members of the Brattleboro Tree Advisory Board, which has planted 300 trees (and counting) in town.
Meet in front of the post office on Main Street in Brattleboro at 2 p.m. Light rain or shine. Allow 1.5 hours for a leisurely walk. The walk is under a mile and is not strenuous, but walkers may want to bring portable stools to sit on while listening to the guide.
